Lifetime Craftsmanship
Seams, hems, linings, and stitching are covered for the lifetime of the product against defects in workmanship.
Free Repairs
If a seam splits or a hem comes loose, we will repair it at no charge — including return shipping both ways.
Full Replacement
In cases where repair is not practical, we will replace the panel with an identical remake at no cost.
No Receipt Needed
We keep your order history on file. Just tell us your name or email and we will handle the rest.
What Is Covered
- Seam separation or thread failure along sewn edges.
- Hem unraveling or failure of blind-stitched hems.
- Lining detachment or tearing at attachment points.
- Hardware failure on rings, grommets, or hooks supplied by HUAJING DECORATIVE.
- Weighted bottom bar displacement or stitching failure.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or gradual color change due to sun exposure over time.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning, bleaching, or machine washing of dry-clean-only fabrics.
- Accidental damage, pet damage, fire, smoke, or water damage.
- Alterations or repairs made by a third party after delivery.
- Fabrics that have been exposed to excessive moisture or humidity without proper care.

Review
Our quality team will review your claim within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Resolution
We will either send a prepaid return label for repair, authorize a remake, or arrange an in-home repair depending on the issue.
Fabric-Specific Coverage
Some natural fabrics — particularly linen and silk — exhibit natural characteristics like slubs, irregular weave patterns, and gentle color variation. These are qualities of authentic, high-grade natural textiles and are not considered defects.
