30-Day Window
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange for any reason. Custom orders included.
Free Returns
We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States.
Damage Protection
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it immediately at no cost and no return required.

Eligibility
Because our products are made to order, we ask that items be returned in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Panels that have been hung, washed, hemmed, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
- Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable.
- Swatches are non-returnable.
- Hardware must be in original, uninstalled condition with all components.
How to Return

Request a Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email or the Support page. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Label
Our team will review your request and email a prepaid return label (US contiguous) or instructions for international returns.

Pack & Ship
Repack your items securely in the original packaging and drop off at any authorized carrier location.
- 04
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
