Every panel is hand-finished in our atelier within 7 business days of your order being confirmed. Shipping adds 3–5 days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every panel is made to your exact measurements, we can only accept changes within 12 hours of order placement. After that, the cutting has begun.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also look up your order status anytime using your order number.

What if my measurements are wrong?

We offer one complimentary remake within 30 days for orders measured using our official guide. Otherwise, remakes are offered at cost.

Do you offer in-home measuring?

Our designers measure remotely over video, free of charge. In some metro areas, we partner with local installers for paid in-home service.

Are your fabrics washable?

Linen and cotton blends are machine washable on cold. Velvet and silk must be dry-cleaned. Each product page lists exact care instructions.

Natural fibers vary slightly batch to batch. We hold reserve fabric for each open order so colors stay consistent within your panels.
