1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HUAJING DECORATIVE website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Products & Orders

All products on our Site are made to order. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including correct measurements and fabric selections. Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received.

We make every effort to display our products and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings, lighting conditions, and natural fabric characteristics. We strongly recommend ordering free swatches before placing a large order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Measurements & Customization

You are responsible for providing accurate window measurements. We provide detailed measuring guides, and we offer complimentary virtual measuring consultations. HUAJING DECORATIVE is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. If you are uncertain, we strongly recommend using our free design consult service before ordering.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is required in full at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and begin after production is complete, not from the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy. Custom orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HUAJING DECORATIVE Curtains Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUAJING DECORATIVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County, New York.
