Shipping
Every HUAJING DECORATIVE order is carefully inspected, pressed, and packed by hand before it leaves our workshop. Here's what to expect.
Production Time
Most orders are sewn and shipped within 7–10 business days. Complex treatments or large orders may take up to 14 business days.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous US. Express options available at checkout.
International
We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes calculated at checkout.
Packaging
Panels are folded with acid-free tissue, sealed in a protective poly sleeve, and shipped in a rigid box to prevent creasing.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate of $12.95 for standard ground.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. You can also check your order status at any time by visiting our Support page.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been produced, not from the order date.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or incorrect addresses.
- White Glove delivery includes in-room placement, unpacking, and debris removal. Available in the contiguous US only.
- For oversized or multi-panel orders, items may ship in multiple boxes.
